Anis-ur-Rahman completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S) from the University of Peshawar in 1979, followed by a fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine. He worked at Liverpool, and then at the Eastman Dental Institute in London, returning to Pakistan in 1986 to start Rahman and Rahman Dental Surgeons, the second specialist dental practice in the capital city. The practice then evolved into Park Road Practice. His focus is on general dentistry and oral surgery. Dr. Rahman is an avid outdoorsman, and is familiar with all the tracks and trails of Islamabad. He is also founding chairman of the Islamabad Wildlife Management Board and has interest in preserving the culture, heritage and wildlife of Islamabad and its surrounding areas.
